Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off point; we will track the journey back to our warehouse for you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
